Volleyball Camp Description
For campers 8 to 15 years old at a beginner to pre-intermediate level of play.
Focus on developing strong fundamental skills and strategies used in indoor/outdoor volleyball as well as techniques and strategies used in beach volleyball. Each day will begin with dynamic warmups and stretching, followed by skill development drills, and we will finish each day with gameplay.
Campers will learn fundamental skills and techniques and participate in various drills to help them grow their skills and knowledge for the game of volleyball. They will also participate in drills that will help develop physical strength, speed and power.
Last day campers will play games in various formats: 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 6v6. They will be coached on strategy and technique during gameplay, and learn rules for the various formats of play.
